Casa Chaac is a large recently renovated and updated Villa that can sleep up to 10 people. This home sits on over a quarter of an acre of plush tropical landscaping in the heart of Playacar Phase 1 with views out to the turquoise blue sea. Few homes in this exclusive community can boast of having such a ample grounds. Casa Chaac is perfect for gatherings of family and friends.
It has 3 bedrooms and a loft and bathrooms for each bedroom. The villa's bedrooms are air conditioned and it has a large pool with an unbeatable view.
The master bedroom has a king size bed; there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and the 2nd story loft bedroom which has 4 twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioner and ceiling fans.
The fully equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled with a traditional Mexican feel. The large kitchen opens to the living area and has a bar height counter. There is an office with a desk to work from and Internet access so you can keep in tough with work and those left at home. A phone line for your local phone calls is also available. The house features large ceiling fans. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen for your convenience.
The backyard is accessed from the living room by sliding glass doors. The terrace facing the ocean is shaded and has several beach chairs placed around the semi circular pool for sunning. You can watch the stars, view Cozumel Island, or spy on the cruse ships using the villa's giant telescope. A charcoal barbecue grill is also available and a covered parking place is provided.
The beach is 2 minutes away while the town is within an easy 5 minute walk.
Maid service is provided except Thursdays and Sundays. Bed linens and towels are included.
