Condo Norte will comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, which makes it the perfect destination for family reunions or large group gatherings.
The condo is located on Calle 10 between 5th and 10th Avenues and is only half a block off 5th Avenue and a block and a half from the beach. In all reality, it’s the perfect downtown Playa location as it is within walking distance of practically everything.
The property will comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, which makes it the perfect destination for family reunions or large group gatherings.
Terms & Policies
- Rates are in US dollars and are based on occupancy by up to 8 guests.
- Additional guests ages 5 and older are billed at $20 per guest per night (maximum total occupancy: 14 guests).
- Children under age 5 stay free of charge.
- Minimal rental period required: 7 days, 4 days during the low season.
- Property details and amenities are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are in US dollars and subject to change until reservation deposit is received.
- Rates include all taxes.
- Security Deposit: $300 USD fully refundable within ten business days of departure providing there is no property damage.
