This 5,450 square foot Playa del Carmen, luxury vacation villa with unobstructed views (from the second floor), of the beautiful Mexican Caribbean sea offers high level finishes rarely found in vacation homes. The multi level home has entertaining at heart – the main living area looks as if it is straight out of a design magazine and is comfortable for large groups. The living room opens to the pool and views, there is outdoor seating on the first and second floors. On the second floor terrace is a small heated pool. And we must not forget the media room in the finished basement and the new addition of a bedroom with kingsize bed, full bath and walk in closet.  It is perfectly cozy for relaxing after a long day or viewing that day’s home movies.

The entire home is climate controlled and is suitable for all ages and all sizes of groups from 4 guests to 12 guests.
